Terms of service

The agreement between you and Fortuni LLC when you use Ecomsync, in plain words.

Last updated 7 October 2026

Who these terms are with

Ecomsync is provided by Fortuni LLC, a United States company registered in Missouri. “We” and “us” mean Fortuni LLC. “You” means the person or business using Ecomsync.

By starting a trial, creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to.

What Ecomsync does

Ecomsync is an AI agent for Shopify catalogues. You ask for catalogue work in plain language. Ecomsync reads your store and proposes a list of changes, field by field, with the old and new value of each.

Each store has an approval mode. In the default mode, nothing is written to Shopify until a person approves the list. If you switch a store to an automatic mode, the changes that mode allows are written without review.

Ecomsync connects to your store through a custom app that you create in Shopify, with the permissions you grant. It never reads your customer or order data.

Your account

  • Use a real email address, and keep your sign in details to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • Only connect a store you are authorised to manage.

Your store and your catalogue

Your catalogue and everything in your store stay yours. You allow us to read and change your catalogue only to do the work you ask for and to run the service, such as syncing your catalogue and scoring its health.

You can withdraw that access at any time by disconnecting the store, or by removing the custom app in Shopify.

Changes you approve

You review what Ecomsync proposes and you decide what is written. You are responsible for the changes you approve, and for those you let an automatic mode apply. Check text the agent writes, such as titles and descriptions, before you approve it.

Every run can be undone within your plan's undo window: 3 days on Essential, 7 days on Growth and 14 days on Pro. After the window, the run history stays visible for 90 days, but one-click undo has expired. Undoing a run never uses your allowance of changes.

Deleting products is off until you turn it on. Undoing a deletion re-creates the product as a draft from a snapshot. It gets a new ID and new links, and some things cannot be restored, such as its analytics history and anything another app attached to it.

Trial, plans and payment

  • Every plan starts with three days free. You add a card when you start the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise your plan is charged when the trial ends, then at the start of each billing period.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are listed on the pricing page. Stripe shows any tax that applies before you pay.
  • Monthly plans renew every month. Yearly plans renew every year, at 20% less than twelve monthly payments.
  • Each plan includes a number of changes a month. One change is one field written to one product, variant or collection. Reading, previews, rejected changes, failed writes and undo are free. The allowance resets each month, and unused changes do not carry over.
  • On Growth and Pro you can buy packs of extra changes. A pack is a one-time payment and never expires.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. After the third failed attempt your account becomes read only. Your run history and undo windows stay intact.
  • Agency plans are quoted individually and agreed separately.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges. The changes you approved stay in your store.

Fair use

Do not use Ecomsync to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to get around plan limits or its safety controls. We may suspend or close an account that does.

The service

We work to keep Ecomsync available and accurate, and we improve it over time, so features change. We cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Shopify's own limits and outages also affect it.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@ecomsync.ai. When an account closes, store credentials are destroyed immediately and everything else within 30 days. The privacy policy has the full timetable.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about them go to hello@ecomsync.ai.
