Ecomsync is an AI agent for Shopify catalogue work: titles, descriptions, SEO titles and meta descriptions, image alt text, tags, collections, metafields, prices, compare-at prices, stock, variants and options.

A merchant asks for the work in plain language. Ecomsync reads the store, then stages a list of changes, field by field, with the current value beside the new one. Nothing is written to Shopify until a person approves the list, and any run can be reversed in one click.

It is made for Shopify merchants with a real catalogue, from about 50 to 1,000 products, and for agencies that run client stores.

Works with

Shopify stores, through the Shopify Admin API. Any market, currency and language: the agent writes in the language your store publishes in.

What it changes

Titles, descriptions, tags, collections, SEO titles and meta descriptions, image alt text, metafields, prices, compare-at prices, stock levels, variants and options. Creating, archiving and deleting products is off by default.

What it never reads

Customers, orders, addresses, checkouts, refunds, fulfilments, discounts and gift cards. Requests touching them are refused before anything is sent to Shopify.

Approval

In the default mode nothing is written to Shopify until a person approves the change list. Each change can be deselected or edited first.

Undo

Every field is recorded before it is written. A whole run can be reversed in one click for 3, 7 or 14 days depending on the plan, and the history stays for 90 days.

Guardrails

Protected products the agent skips, a cap on how far a price may move and a floor it never goes below.

Catalogue health score

A daily score out of 100 across SEO completeness, descriptions, imagery and alt text, metafields and data quality, with what to fix named product by product.

Setup

About ten minutes, once: you create a custom app in your Shopify Dev Dashboard, select the 13 permissions Ecomsync lists and paste the details in. Ecomsync is not in the Shopify App Store.

Data location

Account data, the catalogue copy, change records and encrypted store credentials are stored in the EU, region eu-west-1.

AI model

The agent runs on models from Anthropic. The model never receives Shopify credentials.

Essential $14 a month, Growth $39 a month, Pro $89 a month. Yearly billing saves 20 percent. Every plan starts with three days free.
